Speedskater Isabelle Charest to steer Canada’s 2018 Olympic staff – National


MONTREAL – Former short-track speedskater Isabelle Charest will lead Canada’s staff at subsequent yr’s Winter Olympics.

The three-time Olympic medallist has been named Canada’s chef de undertaking for the Games in Pyeongchang, South Korea.

Charest competed in Lillehammer in 1994, Nagano in 1998 and Salt Lake City in 2002, successful medals within the three,000-metre relay in each and every of the ones Games.

She was once the Canada’s chef de undertaking on the Winter Youth Olympic Games in 2016 and the assistant chef on the Rio Olympics ultimate summer season and on the 2015 Pan Am Games in Toronto.
