U.S. President Donald Trump cancelled a go to from the Philadelphia Eagles to the White House to have a good time their Super Bowl LII win after they provided to ship “a small delegation.”

But Trump isn’t glad with simply part of the NFL group, saying the followers who plan to attend the occasion on Tuesday “deserve better.”

He stated the anthem might be performed “loudly and proudly” at a ceremony on Tuesday.

“The Eagles wanted to send a smaller delegation, but the 1,000 fans planning to attend the event deserve better,” the assertion continued.

“These followers are nonetheless invited to the White House to be a part of a distinct sort of ceremony — one that can honor our nice nation, pay tribute to the heroes who combat to guard it, and loudly and proudly play the National Anthem. “

The ceremony will happen at three p.m. ET.

The NFL just lately took a tough stance towards the protest because it now requires all gamers and personnel to “stand and show respect for the flag and the anthem” or face a tremendous.
