Eminem has discovered himself in an unlikely battle: one over retail, not rap.

Fashion designer Clement Brown of the Three Thirteen store is making an attempt to dam Eminem’s trademark request for his attire line, E13, the Detroit Free Press reported. Brown has held a trademark for his Three Thirteen model since 2010, and the rapper born Marshall Mathers filed his pending request final yr.

Eminem’s clothes line brand turns the « E » backward so it seems because the quantity three, creating the visible impact of Detroit’s space code, 313.
